elements; if you cannot get them cured then better is to remove them to get
your life going as normal.
How to Reduce, Prevent and Cope With Stress:
There are many ways to reduce your stress. Some are healthy like relaxation exercises and some are unhealthy like smoking, too much drinking and using drugs to relax your mind and body. I would suggest you to avoid unhealthy ways to preventing tension or pressure.
Do some relaxation exercises to avoid mental exertion and learn to compromise with the situations. Try out some loud and fast music to get yourself relaxed if it suits. Also use some soothing music while exercising which will help you to get your nerves calm.
